FVS partners with Flik Dining, a premier food service company that serves independent schools. Flik sources produce from local farms and ranches, and in partnership with FVS is developing and employing sustainable practices on campus. The School’s composting program enriches the school garden that will grow produce. Six cows graze on the prairie and will provide the kitchen with grass-fed beef.
In the dining room, you’ll find options for all appetites, including vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free. Food is carefully labeled to identify allergens, and the caring staff works with students who have food sensitivities.
We’re all united by food—it’s a common language—and while dining with friends, you’ll enjoy authentic recipes from around the world along with classic fare. Breakfast options range from light to hearty. At lunch and dinner, you’ll find entrees, chef specials and soups, salad and sandwich bars, as well as an ice cream machine. And every day, there is pizza from a brick oven that is a centerpiece of our dining hall!
