AD's Corner

From Athletic Director Matt Luyster

It is an honor to serve as the new Athletic Director at Fountain Valley School. In this role, I am deeply aware of the great responsibility you have entrusted to us: supporting the growth and development of your child. Athletics is an opportunity to help students grow as leaders, teammates, and well-rounded individuals who represent the very best of themselves, their school, and their community. At FVS, every student-athlete is a valued member of our program. Our coaches and staff are committed to providing a safe, structured, and supportive environment where students are challenged to give their best while being recognized for their effort and growth. The lessons learned through sports prepare students for success far beyond the playing field. The partnership between families and the athletic department is essential. I encourage your participation and welcome your feedback as we work to provide the best possible experience for your children. Your support at games, your communication with our coaches, and your trust in our program help build the strong foundation that allows FVS athletics to thrive.

The principles that guide our athletic program shape the student experience and reflect what we hope all students carry with them in life:
