Each family is encouraged to apply for both internal and external scholarships designed to assist their bright young students in obtaining a world-class education in a world-class location. The following are among the merit-based scholarships offered by Fountain Valley.

The Head's Scholarship

The Head’s Scholarship at Fountain Valley School is awarded to an incoming ninth grade boarding student from Colorado*, Montana, and Texas who exhibits strength in character, leadership aptitude, a commitment to learning, and a demonstrated desire to reach their individual potential as a student and community member. Recipients will express a genuine enthusiasm for joining a diverse, inclusive, and energetic community of learners at Fountain Valley.

Recipients of The Head’s Scholarship will be awarded their grant amount for their four (4) years as an FVS student. During their time at FVS, Head’s Scholarship recipients are expected to be leaders in the community, making positive contributions to the School while serving as models for their peers in academic, athletic, residential life, and co-curricular activities.
