The Winter 2010 Bulletin (click on the link above to download) has a little bit of history, a little bit of learning, and a lot of news about current alumni. Articles include:
Froelicher's Scrapbooks: Founding Headmaster Francis M. Froelicher, the visionary leader who established Fountain Valley School 80 years ago, was also an accomplished mountaineer and photographer. And a prolific scrapbooker! He left behind eight magnificent books—historical treasures—filled with photos of his mountain treks with students, faculty, family and friends, as well as campus photos.
Stories Told Ignite Action: “On My Way to School” is the inaugural project generated by First Person Publishing, a social enterprise started by Kevin McCaffrey ’02, Dan Barney ’02, Jeff Fugate ’02 and former FVS faculty Paul Kim 1995-2006.
The Essential Skill: gcLi: Executive Director of gcLi Ted Fish overturns the myth that "leaders are born, not made."
