"Cupcake Power!" is the headlining article in the Winter 2012 Bulletin, but it's just the start of a series of articles that show how members of the FVS community are changing the world through humanitarian efforts. Articles include:

Cupcake Power: Sarah Haas '04 is helping the homeless in Colorado through a cupcake bakery at the Boulder Shelter for the Homeless.

Report from Rwanda: Former FVS Faculty Peter Thorp is the founding head of a boarding high school for girls in Rwanda. His "Moonstruck/Lovestruck" edition is a powerful tale of life and learning.

Saving Marta: Morgan Smith '56 visits the Vision in Action asylum near Juarez, Mexico, every month. He has become familiar with the patients through writing and photography.
