When was the last time you scaled a sheer granite wall? Paddled through a Class IV rapid?

There are all kinds of summer programs in the West, but PEAKS is truly one of a kind. The founders and staff of the Miller Outdoor Leadership and Environmental School have relocated their program to the rugged mountains and wild rivers of central Colorado. In conjunction with Fountain Valley School of Colorado, a fixture in Colorado Springs for more than 75 years, PEAKS is continuing to provide outdoor experiences and education for youth from all over. These experiences range from activities like rock climbing, mountain biking and caving to some of the specialties of the area: canoeing and rafting on some of the best whitewater in the country. When not on the trail or the river, you’ll be staying on an extensive, private wilderness campus, with fine food and accommodations.
